RETURN POLICY

We gave great importance to customer satisfaction. You can contact our customer care services if you find damage or defect to the delivered item. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest and return or replacement of the product will be the sole discretion of Jagrishti Toys. 100% replacement will be given for major manufacturing defects highlighted to us within the warranty period as per company policy. Jagrishti Toys brings you the best-handcrafted products from local artisans . Since each product is handcrafted, they are unique and you have to understand that minor shape, dimensional, or weight changes from the product description may be present and cannot be considered as a reason for return. Let us not think of slight roughness or lack of appealing finish as a defect. The beauty of handcrafted items is their uniqueness. We hope our customers also understand it.

IN WHAT ALL CASES DO WE ACCEPT A RETURN?
  • Returns are accepted if there is a Manufacturing Defect
  • Returns are accepted if there is any damage occurred to the product while Shipping from our packing center to the customer.
  • Returns are accepted if there you receive an entirely different product than you ordered.
WHAT PROCEDURE DO YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW WHILE RETURNING A PRODUCT?

You have to e-mail us to jagrishtitoys@gmail.com about the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. While emailing us, you have to include the order number, invoice copy, relevant photographs and reason for return. Also kindly include what you wish- a replacement/credit coupon or a refund. If your return request is accepted, safely pack the product and courier us to the address provided by our team during the communication. This shall be done within 7 days from delivery, If you fail to submit a return claim within the prescribed time, you won’t be eligible for a return. A used product will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that replacement or refund will be provided only after proper examination of the returned item by our team and the decision of the team will be final.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT THE APPROVED EXCHANGE TO REACH YOU?

We aim to process an exchange for products in about 10-12 working days after receipt of the returned product at our store.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

BEFORE SHIPMENT: If you want to cancel your order before the shipment is done, you can contact us in the contact details provided in the “Contact us” section below the page.
AFTER SHIPMENT: If you want to cancel an ordered which is shipped already and hasn’t reached your hands, you have to contact us at jagrishtitoys@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

If a refund is accepted after examination of the returned product, you can expect the amount to be credited to your account within 10-12 working days. A refund will be provided only if the original/copy of the invoice is returned with the product in the packing. A refund will be initiated at the earliest for orders cancelled before shipment and hopefully reach you within 3 business days. For orders cancelled after shipment, we will initiate a refund after verifying the packaging condition of the received product back at our store and in such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before refund. In the case of multiple orders, if only a part of the order is returned, a refund will be provided only for the returned item. Shipping cost refund will be applicable for items returned for manufacturing defects. All refunds will be processed online irrespective of the mode of payment you have used during purchase.
